Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. Signing in is optional. You can use all core features without an account. Sign in with Apple or Google is only used to back up and sync your learning progress across devices.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to [Profile] and tap [Restore Purchases]. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

What content is free?

The first 3 chapters of each book are free, including Reading, text-to-speech audio, and Dictation practice. Additional content can be unlocked through an in-app purchase (per-book or lifetime full access).

How do I delete my account?

Go to [Profile] > [Delete Account] within the app. All data stored on our servers is deleted immediately, and local data on your device is also cleared.
